PE9050
Adesivo Strutturale UA High Strenght
PE9050 is an adhesive designed for structural bonding based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate resins in styrene monomer.
It is pre-accelerated, characterized by a high thixotropy and by excellent bonding properties on FRP substrates for structural elements.
Because of the nature of the product, it is characterized by excellent toughness, allowing high strength towards stress and impacts.
The excellent chemical resistance allows the use of PE9050 for gasoline tanks in FRP.

Application
GFRP/FRP, wood, metals (steel, alluminum).
General instructions for use
Apply on well sanded and cleaned surfaces; make sure the substrate is free of dust, fibres, dirt and surface condensation.
Carefully mix PE9050 with a liquid hardener (CT21, methylethyl ketone peroxide 50%) in the range of 1 – 3%.
The recommended temperature range is between 18 and 25°C.
In its original packaging, the product can be used for 6 months if stored indoor away from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 20°C.
A drift may occur in gel time.
